How do I apply for a biometric debit card?

1. Complete an application form by visiting one of our locations.
2. Visit one of our locations and bring with you your Government issued ID-(e.g. a passport, green card, alien registration number).
3. Our staff will assist you with completing an application if required.
4. Once your form has been completed correctly, we will need a copy of your Government issued ID.
5. We will take a photograph of you, take your thumb print and your signature.
6. You will need to pay a US$24.99 initial fee upon application and an activation fee of US$25.00 once you activate the card with us.
7. Once done, your application will be processed and your new card will be mailed to your address, along with instructions in your own language (initially English, Spanish and Mandarin) to set up your cards and access information about your account by phone or internet.
8. Bring your card to one of our locations for activation and loading.
9. If you require a ‘companion’ card for your loved one, we will instant issue this card to you, for you to send it to your designated recipient.
